EFL betting tips: Adam Drury's Tuesday 23/1 accumulator
EFL betting tips: Adam Drury's Tuesday 23/1 accumulator

The EFL is back this midweek, with a handful of Championship games accompanied by a full slate across Leagues One and Two.

Our expert tipster Adam Drury focuses on those two lower divisions for his 25/1 four-fold.

Selection #1 - BTTS in Huddersfield v Wrexham – 19/20

Huddersfield are without a goal in five home league games – but runs like that don't last forever and we're banking that scoring in consecutive away games recently has got them going.

Michael Duff's side still sit fifth in League One and had scored in 14 of their 15 home matches prior to this horrible run, so remain perfectly capable of finding the net.

Meanwhile, BTTS has landed in six of Wrexham's last seven away games, while they have conceded in nine of their last 13 on the road.

Phil Parkinson's side have scored in 22 of their last 23 matches overall.

Selection #2 - Carlisle draw no bet v Walsall – 11/8

It is rare in any league that bottom will play top and the bottom-place side will be more bullish about their prospects.

That is perhaps the case here, with Carlisle finally gaining some momentum and hope under new boss Mark Hughes.

The Cumbrians have kept three straight clean sheets and won at Barrow last time out, lifting them to within three points of safety with a game in hand.

Walsall, so rampant through December and January, have now won just two of their last nine games and were beaten 1-0 at home to Swindon on Saturday – making this long trip north another banana skin.

Selection #3 - Colchester to beat Chesterfield – 21/20

Colchester still have a realistic chance of finishing in the top seven in League Two after extending their unbeaten run to nine with a 1-0 victory at struggling MK Dons on Saturday.

Danny Cowley's side have conceded just four goals on that run and rank in the top six across the season for xG against, showing how resolute the U’s are defensively.

Chesterfield, conversely, are in dreadful nick, losing seven of their last 11 league games and all of their last three.

The Spireites' away record reads eight defeats in 10 and five in their last six, which fills you with little hope of them turning things around in Essex.

Selection #4 - Alasanna Jatta (Notts County) to score vs Barrow – 7/4

We have enjoyed strong success backing Jatta in the past and fancy his chances of netting again at a healthy price in a winnable home game.

The towering centre forward has netted in both of his last two matches, as well as notching in three of County's last four home outings.

Having fired off at least two shots in six of his last seven games, he is bound to have chances to add to his tally against a Barrow side who have been abject away from home this term.

Their dreadful away record reads 12 defeats in 14, including 3-2 and 3-0 defeats in their last two, while a damaging defeat to Carlisle on Thursday will have lowered spirits further.
