Selection #1 - Leeds to win

It always seemed a matter of time until Leeds properly took off at the top of the Championship and it appears that time has now come.

Daniel Farke's side have won six and drawn three of their last nine games, only being held in freakish fashion by late Hull and Blackburn goals, alongside a bore draw at promotion rivals Burnley.

They are increasingly eradicating errors from their game and are making the fact that they sit well clear for both xG for and xG against finally translate into their points tally.

Coventry are on a good run themselves but we would back Leeds against almost any opposition home or away on current form.

Selection #2 - Dan James over 2.5 shots

James' form has been one of the features of Leeds' strong run and has included an uptick in his shot numbers too.

The winger has beaten this mark in four of his last six outings and had two efforts in his other two.

He fired off a whopping seven shots against Cardiff on Saturday, scoring with one of them, and will hopefully be in similar form again tonight.

Selection #3 - Junior Firpo to be carded

Firpo has picked up seven cards this season, including six in the Championship.

Those cards have come at a faster rate than any of his team-mates – 0.4 per match – while he ranks 11th in the division for fouls committed per match.

The full-back has been guilty of at least two fouls in six of his last eight starts, while Coventry have extracted a booking from a full-back in their last two matches.
