England have made easy work of qualification for several consecutive competitions and should not lack motivation to get this campaign off to a positive start.

Tuchel has promised a direct, attacking style that mirrors what club sides produce in the Premier League and will be keen that his side show their credentials from the off.

This bet landed in three of their four home qualifiers for Euro 2024, only falling short against Italy, and was also a winner in four of five home qualifiers for the 2022 World Cup.

Albania are not complete minnows, beating Ukraine in the Nations League last year having made a decent fist of things at Euro 2024, but are still heavy underdogs at Wembley and lost 5-0 there in November 2021.

While the Three Lions only need one first-half goal to give the first leg a very good chance, it may actually be after half time that things open up.
