France will be without central midfielder Adrien Rabiot, who is suspended after receiving his second yellow card of the tournament against Belgium on Monday. Real Madrid's Eduardo Camavinga will likely deputise as a result.
Portugal are not blighted by any injury concerns at the time of writing.

Neither side were particularly convincing in their last 16 matches. France relied on an 85th-minute own goal by Jan Vertonghen to secure a 1-0 win over Belgium, while Portugal were taken to penalties by an unfancied Slovenia side before eventually coming out on top.
The winner of Spain vs Germany lies in wait for one of these two after finding themselves on the fiercely competitive side of the draw. Nevertheless, both sides are buoyed by a dearth of attacking talent and will look to dump a fellow big-hitter out of the competition with victory here.
Though both have underwhelmed, France no doubt possess more experience at the back-end of tournaments in recent years. Since defeating France in the EURO 2016 final, Portugal have not gone past the quarter-final stage once.
France, meanwhile, have reached the final in three of the last four major tournaments, most recently suffering an agonising defeat to Argentina via penalties in Qatar. While both possess enough quality to come out on top, we expect the French's added know-how to get them over the line here.
