"Hello there, I hope you're enjoying your lunch.

"The 3.50pm at Lingfield is a very interesting looking affair and there's one really interesting horse in here in Jack The Nipper.

"Now on the face of it, this horse has been pulled up the last twice which obviously isn't ideal. But he showed a certain verve for racing last time at Southwell before becoming tired and making some mistakes.

"The step back in trip looks a pretty good move to me. He had a lot of them in trouble fairly early on last time and as a result, traded much lower on the exchanges in running.

"As a result, it might just be worth chancing Jack The Nipper. Only small – 0.375pts EW will do us nicely."

"You can enjoy it whilst having your Heinz Chicken Soup or whatever you choose to eat. 8AM tips will remain as normal but hopefully this will help some of you out.

"We are dealing with that wretched woman Rachel Reeves and as a result, some bookmakers are going to react with their prices!"
