In a new addition to Odds Now's horse racing content, Lee Butterworth (@ButtysBets on X) will be popping in each weekday to offer his daily betting selections from the National Hunt sphere.
Lee will be offering up anything that takes his eye each weekday morning, with all stakes tracked for P/L purposes.

Buckna makes his chase debut here, stepping back up in trip having had wind surgery during his summer break.
This horse ran consistently well over hurdles without getting his head in front last term. He was never outside of the places in five spins, with form figures of 23232 over the smaller obstacles.
I really liked his run at Hereford, which is a similar track to Newton Abbot in many ways. He bumped into a decent novice on that occasion in Sole Solution, beaten just 3L by the winner. Sole Solution franked that form next time out, winning a better race than this on his handicap debut carrying a welter burden.
The selection now switches his attention to the larger obstacles this season. His jumping style, paired with the fact he won his sole point-to-point run would suggest he should improve now switching to his preferred obstacles.
A mark of 115 looks very workable here and trainer Warren Greatrex doesn't send many chasers here (just 13 in total, with two of those winning). This is one of two chase runners the stable send to this meeting today.
Buckna often attracted significant market support last term without reward but his backers could get their reward this afternoon.
